Located within the ground floor of an old warehouse, The Learning Tree is a light filled, contemporary, pre school setting. Accommodating 120 children between the ages of three months, and four years, the light, airy and welcoming project had a budget of less than £100 per square foot and uses Artigo Rubber throughout.
It was recently awarded the 2024 RIBA London Award.
